ABOUT MODUCHI
THE NAME IS NEW. THE PEDIGREE IS NOT.
Moduchi is a Perth residential building business, founded by James Zorzi and built by a senior team who have spent their careers at the premium end of this market.
The Zorzi family’s contribution to the craft of home building in Western Australia spans three generations and more than seven decades - a standard set by Corrado Zorzi and carried by his sons Enrico and Walter. Moduchi is where that standard is now expressed.
HOMES WITH LASTING
CONSEQUENCE
We build bespoke, architecturally designed residences in the
$3–6 million+ range for clients who understand the difference between a home that is constructed and a home that is crafted. Our intake is deliberately limited to a small number of projects each year. Every home receives the full attention of our senior team, from the first conversation through to handover.
Architecture. Interior design. Construction. All under one roof.
All to one standard.
